Abstract:
The churches with the state have as objective the study of the population, they must serve as law or object of order of rights and duties for their inhabitants; these entities of validity must be maintained in their own social sphere, on the side of the state must ensure the rights and duties of each citizen, if the religion must manifest the belief towards a god or salvation. The nation, (2015). Therefore, the principles that govern their relationships must necessarily recognize the distinction between what is of Caesar and what is of God; that is, between the State (civil) and the Church (religion), and establish that the autonomy of each one is necessary for the fulfillment of their respective function. The church is manifested by means of appealing its belief and seeking a legislative seat requesting the vote of its parishioners. The growing participation of the country's high religious mandates in politics is contrary to the principle of independence and autonomy between the political and civil sphere, of religion in the different beliefs of the churches.
